Hello. I just set up my brand new 2.1 and although the satellites sound wonderful, the sub (even when turned down low w the computer volume down as well) sounds distorted and very loud. I can't turn the sub up half way without the sound being unbearable. Is this a burn in issue? I love this system, and your suggestions are very appreciated.

I just set up my brand new promedia 2.1 and although the satellites are spot on, the sub (even at a very low level with the computer turned down) is very loud and somewhat distorted. I love this system and would really like to keep it if I find a way to get the sub under control. All of your suggestions would be much appreciated..
