  1. Yes I have a 10 inch Energy sub, don't remember the model name. The setup is in an medium to large open style basement. It's used for gaming and home theater but I'm primarily concerned about music. I listen to mainly classic rock and blues using sacd, cd, bluray and high resolution flac files. Thanks
  2. Hi all, I'm currently running Klipsch RF 42II for my fronts with an Onkyo 601 AVR. The RF 42's just don't move enough air and sound thin. I was thinking of upgrading to the RF62's but I got a chance to get a pair of Energy RC 70's for $625 cash. I've got A RC52 for a center and RB 41II for surrounds. I've read some good reviews of the RC70's. Apparently one of the last lines of Energy before Klipsch took them over. Thank You, John
  3. Thanks for the reply. No chance of changing the centre. The wife would kill me. I'm already running some Martin Logan Motion 10's upstairs with an onkyo 509. The Klipsch setup is in a medium basement off in it's own corner. Yes I have a sub in the system. It's a 10 inch Energy.
  4. Hello all, I currently have the rf42II's in my basement and they just don't deliver the sound I was looking for. They sound harsh at higher levels. I have the RC 52 for a centre and Rb41II's for rears. I was looking to upgrade. What are your thoughts on the RF52 II compared to the older RF 62 ? I'm running these with an Onkyo 609 and Pioneer BDP 140 blurry player for sacd and high res flac. Thanks
  5. Which do you recommend for fronts in a 5.1 setup? I have an RC 52 center and I'm planning on picking up RB 41's for the rear. I'm running an Onkyo 609 for the av unit. Thanks.
  6. HI all, I'm a new Klipsch owner. I have a rc 52 center (series IV) I just sold my RB 61's. I was afraid of the kids knocking them off stands, and I'm looking to pick up RF 42II and RB 42 II for the rears. Is it ok to mix the two series and does this sound like a reasonable setup to go with my Onkyo nr 609? Thanks.
