Jim, I'm not exactly sure what an SVS sub is ? I have a front and a rear Velodine subwoofer. Besides the center channel these are the only two speakers you can see. They are front firing and sitting on 8" stands. This message has been edited by dbeck on 08-29-2001 at 02:34 PM

Its not all bad guys. Our new house has built in Klipsch speakers in configuration to run the 7.1 THX format with Denon 5800 and McIntosh amp. I had the big Klipsch speakers I am selling with a ten year old 48" rear projection TV that was on it's last leg. I got a new Sony Wega XBR 400 36" built in with all the other equipment. For cranking up some music the big speakers can't be beat but I'll have to give the edge to the new system for home theater !
