We just grabbed a Galaxy Player 5 to test out in our labs and can tell you that the Galaxy Player 5's hardware is not compatible with a wired headset.

Is someone working on upgrading the app to work with ICS and Jelly Bean?
Just as a further update, I have learned that this is an indeed a number one priority for the people working on the Image S4As and we will post an update as soon as it is available!

The stock music application that comes with the Galaxy Player is very basic. If you were to download virtually any other 3rd-party music app, the remote with your Image S4A should work just fine. For example, DoubleTwist.

Cleaning your headphones with an antiseptic wipe prevents wax build up which can improve the acoustic quality of your headphones.

We only offer one for-android headphones at the moment - the Image S4A.

Update: I was using the Small ear tips. I never tried the Medium. I got curious just a moment ago and tried the Medium ear tips and the fit was much better and the sound was fantastic! Rich bass with vocals and instruments that sounded like I was in the recording studio with the artist! I guess the Small ear tips did not have the best seal in my ear and that was the issue. Andrew

i have a s4i earphone, but sinc ethe time i have purchased it.. the mic is not detected by my laptop nor by htc incredible s. is it non compatible with the laptop also?
The idevice headphones are designed to specifically comply with Apple compativbility requirements and are not designed to be compatible with any other devices except as a stereo headphone. So the headphones should work for music purposes with any device, but the remote and mic are not guaranteed to function.

That definitely sounds like a fake Image S4. They are counterfeited repeatedly on Ebay. Please call 800-KLIPSCH and they may be able to verify that it is fake....Also please email support@klipsch.com with details of the Ebay seller/your auction so we can take action on our end.

Sony Ericsson phones have propriety technology that forces once to use their bundled headphones. You should contact Sony and express your displeasure with them for doing that. We apologize for the inconvenience!

Go ahead and give customer service a call at 800-KLIPSCH. There could be a problem with the headset button.

You could try using a different headset controller other than the Klipsch one. Several others can be found on Google Play. We have not tested the S4A with your specific phone model; however, we have tested other LG models and they work fine, using stock software.

Your digital piano output likely has an incompatible headphone jack that does not work accurately with the Apple three-button remote. You would have the same issue with any device tailored to iOS devices.

Hey everyone,
A poster over at the Verge started a thread, asking people to post their home theater setups....I see a few Klipsch setups but nothing nearly as awesome as the stuff I see around here.
So, as someone working in web marketing, I would be remiss if I didn't ask y'all to show your Klipsch pride and post your setup over in the thread over on the Verge which is probably the premier tech/gadget website out there at the moment.

It only works with the Image S4A. It does NOT work with the Image ONE, Reference ONE, or Mode M40s.

What a treat we have for you today!
