Ludo, where did you get the serial number please ??!

To change my M40, the french website wich sell me the headphone need the serial number of the M40. I've searched everywhere, but i can't find it. Does it even exist ?

Great, i have to contact my resseller too. It's a problem with the first series. Damn, 3 weeks without my musique.. This M40 is such a great headphone !

I got a answer from Klipsh. I have to contact the french reseller. So... That sucks that there is a problem with this headphone. We are several to have this problem, is it a problem that Klipsh knows about ? Like a known problem ?

I'm French, and i've the same problem ! It worked perfectly this morning, and then.. Nothing.. I've sent an email to the support service. Tell us if you have news, and sorry for my English !
