To change my M40, the french website wich sell me the headphone need the serial number of the M40. I've searched everywhere, but i can't find it. Does it even exist ?

It's a problem with the first series. Damn, 3 weeks without my musique.. This M40 is such a great headphone !

So... That sucks that there is a problem with this headphone.
We are several to have this problem, is it a problem that Klipsh knows about ? Like a known problem ?
