I wish I better news to report , but these phones are terrible . And i'm on my second pair . These are the warranty replacements they sent me . Unbelievable Static in the left channel . Just started today after only a week of use . First pair I had also had this issue among other problems . I found similar posts in this forum with the same issue . I am really let down as I have always bought Klipsch . But this is not up to the standard . And btw $200.00 ?? forget it . I give up

HOW DO I GO ABOUT REDEEMING THE WARRANTY, CAN I DO IT ON THE WEBSITE, I ASUUME I'LL HAVE TO MAIL THEM BACK TO YOU. THESE PHONES STARTED FAILING RIGHT AFTER I GOT THEM , AND I ONLY USE THEM ON A COMPUTER, NOT A STEREO, THEY COST ME 200.00

there is a constant humm and buzz, btw i bought them directly from klipsch... they selling knockoffs now are they??

just got a pair today, seem awfull trebly, considering the price, i was sorry to see their made in china also,,, btw..

i went on a speding spree years back and picked up one set each of the epic series cf-1,, cf-2,, and cf-3. almost bought a set of cf-4, but stopped while i was still ahead. they unfortunately do not compare to my heresy's or my belles. what are your opinions of the epic series? thanx
