They sound amazing. The crossovers have been recapped with high quality capacitors and the tweeter have been upgraded with Crites speakers CT125 tweeters. He specializes in Klipsch, so these tweeters sound even better than the originals. These will last many years and sound just as good as a brand new pair that will cost $4,000. The cosmetics are good but there are some flaws. The veneer is in overal good condition, but there are chips and knicks here and there. Each speaker also has a light ring stain on the top. I picked up an acadamy for now but trying to get the tv wall mounted then I can go bigger and lose the tv stand. All in this picture is different now except the tv. Belles on the way, Sunfire cinema grand on the way, Krell HTS in place, Acadamy center in place. was thinking of 2 more acadamy's for rear l/r. open to suggestions.

received my acadamy today. Incredible packing. I dont think klipsch them selves could have done a better job. Great looking speaker. Will test out when the new amp arrives. Thank you Sal.
