  1. Will do that on the weekend my wife will be working so that way she will not get crazy when i move the equpment table and play whit all the wires on the back. i think i hook them right and all the speakers are working maybe i sould take the banana plugs off and hook them bare wire. Thanks
  2. I did run the audissey after hooking the amps because the Emo-guy told me to do that when i bought them. The only difference this time was that my front,s was set to -7.5 and -8 instead of - 10 and -10.5 whit the Onkyo alone. When i call Onkyo i ask the guy few times if hi is sure that i,m getting 110WX7 and hi told me that is the same as when i run 2 channels only.I think this is BS Last night i turn my system on and before i switch to zone2 to power the ampp,s whit the 12v trigger i heard a low and hollow sound from the speakers( like it was coming from another room or something) any idea what that can be?
  3. hi guys just bought emotiva upa200 and upa500. Now my HT sistem is not that loud as before when i just drive my speakers whit Onkyo709.Before i was not able to go louder then -20 and now whit the 2 apms i need to go almoust to 0. I call Emotiva and they told me to turn Audissey on my Onkyo off and try again. The guy also told me that now the audissey sens more power and turn my volume douwn. is ths thuth or what. I also call Onkyo and the guy told me that i dont need those amp,s because 709 has 110watsX7 so what to do shoul i keep the emotiva amps i rely like them are they good for my sistem(RF82, RC62, RS52 and RS52) Thanks!
  4. Thanks! will turn all back down
  5. Ok i still got the original settings(Audissey) and will turn them all back down. Now in order to listen just at (normal) level i need to turn the volume up to 60 is that normal?on my another old( 10 yr ) Onkyo i was never able to go more then 50 without my neighbours to call the police.
  6. I use the Audissey auto calibration on my Onkyo is that good enough? that (thing) put all my speakers from -9 to -12 i follow that just add 10bd to every speaker is that ok?
  7. i know that SW112 will make most of the difference( at home) but at the store we listen only at the fronts and she still pick the difference at the sound. To be honest i did like the 62s at the store they sounded more clear or more bright( and they look better whit RC62) to me but now at home together whit SW112 they sound just AWESOME!
  8. I really really like the look and sound on the RF82s but now my RC62 look small.
  9. Yes man , but is not only the look they sound much better! Went to the store whit my wife and we listen to RF62 first and 2 seconds after the selsman switch to RF82 she jump from the seat and said - " That is it !Those are our speakers!"Last night i was watching movie at 10.30 at low volume and my wife come from the kitchen and said -" I really like how those speakers sound!"Something is wrong whit her!!!
  10. Welcome to your new home 2 RF82 and SW112
  11. Hi guys. i will return my RF62 and SW110 on friday and for 340$ more will get RF82 and SW112. Thanks!!!
  12. Yes man my fronts are closer to me then that rt surround but that is the place that should be right?.Whit my old setup i use speaker stands on the side of the 2 seat and was not bad but they was just to close to me and at the same level as the fronts. Then i bought a new onkyo AVR and start to read how i should place my speakers so i put my old small onkyo sp at the same places that i have my klipsch and was shock what a difference.I wanted to get the RB61 or RB51 for the SRB but i got the RS42s and they are not bad.Dont know if just in my head but now maybe because my surrounds and surround backs are not at the same lavel( or maybe because they a Klipsch) it sounds much much better then before.
  13. Thanks man, i try that already use a stud finder and put the first screw right into a power cable so now i got a death line( can't fix that there is a concrete wall just 1 inch from the drywall and can't instal a metal box) i ask a friend to help my whit this and we find some studs but they are to close to the back wall and on the other side can't go back we have a glass cabinet so i mount them at 90 -100 degree from me.Will try to order the stands but i,m in Canada and amazon don't ship to here the candian amazon is a joke.
  14. Thanks ivanhurd, i give my wall mount,s to a friend they did not work whit the klipsch,s the bracket was not wide enough. I mount them right on the wall but they are heavy. yesterday was playing around trying to hide some cables and move one of the RS42s and the speaker came of whit the wall ancor. I use another tipe that opens inside the wall but don't know how long this will hold up
  15. Thanks joshjp, -will show the picture to my wife and will try to convince her that 82,s are not that much bigger!
  16. Thanks Bill but can,t switch them because the 3 seat will be half way into the dining (room)
  17. i use the Audyssey but didn't liked much that( thing) switch my front speakers to -9db and my centre to -12db at the same time put my surrounds at the same lavel and when i try to watch a movie i did not liked at all.was not able to hear the dialogs but the surrounts went crazie so i turn them up front,s +2 center+4 surrounds 0 and the sub +4 maybe i,m wrong but it sounds better to me that way.I still need to learn how to do this
  18. Thanks i use the feet on the 62s and that help a little so if i get the 82s whit feet i should be fine
  19. When i get the 82s are they help my whit the the (table problem) they are taller whit a bigger woofers right? Thanks!!!
