  1. SOLD I have decided to sell my reference preamp, if anyone is interested.  The Joule Electra LA-300ME preamp is a fantastic design, and the Platinum upgrade really takes it to the next level.  It is full of reference grade parts inside. This one is in excellent condition with no issues whatsoever. I just had it serviced last month by Rich Brkich at Signature Sound, so you get a piece of mind in knowing it is operating at factory specs and ready for many years of listening. The original NOS tubes tested great and sound beautiful. The receipt from the service work will be provided, of course, along with the remote and some paperwork which is good reading. Back in 2010, this was $16K.  I'll let it go for $sold.  Shipping anywhere within the lower 48 US is included, fully insured and triple boxed.  Contact me for more pics, as the forum is giving me a fit trying to upload multiple pictures.

  2. I think placing these in a small 13x13 room could be tricky, but if the reflection points and bass issues are addressed properly, it could be done without issue.  I had the Legacy's in a small 12x14 room at our old house and initially, the bass took over the room.  After adding bass traps and sound panels at the reflection points, they sounded incredible in there.  It was really something.  I still have yet to get that quality of sound back in our new home.  I plan to build another dedicated room later on down the road, as budget allows. However, I'm quite some time and money away from that.  For now, I would like to find a new home for the system.  Really surprised these are still here.  I've been thinking about putting them on Audiogon to move them along, but would love for another forum member to get these if possible.

  3. I just got these new directly from Ultimate Ears in California. They have no use. I only opened the package to check them out and decided to sell them. I was going to use them as back-ups to my custom molds, but changed my mind. They are essentially new/unused. All the factory boxes/packing, manuals, accessories, etc. is all here. Ultimate Ears price is $400. I will let them go for $200. Sold

  4. THIS IS SOLD

I have a Coda Continuum Stage 3.3 power amplifier for sale. It's a beast of an amp that can drive about any speaker type. Here are the specs:

    Stage 3.3:
300 Watts per channel into 8 Ohms,
600 Watts per channel into 4 Ohms
Precision Bias Class A operation to 7 Watts,
sliding to Class AB at higher output levels

Overall, I would rate this amp a 9/10. It's very clean throughout. The only issue is the logo on the bottom right which used to light up, no longer lights up. I would like to get $900 for the amp + shipping charges. You guys feel free to ask any questions and send me a PM if interested.

  5. THESE ARE SOLD

Selling my Quicksilver Mono 120 tube amps. I am the original owner and ordered these back in March, with the option of KT-150 tubes. (Also ordered the matching line stage, which has already been sold). Everything is as new, with no flaws, etc. I have the original boxes, packing, manual, etc. These amps put out 120 watts/channel; very impressive. For those who are not familiar with the Mono 120 amps, they are Mike Sanders newest design, just released in the fall of 2015. New with the KT-150 tubes, these amps are $4500. I am willing to let them go for $3500. My loss is your gain. They are incredible amps, but I'm trying to generate some cash.

  6. SOLD

Due to no home theater room in our new home, I have opted to sell my full set of matching Legacy Audio speakers and completely concentrate on 2 channel music playback. This set of speakers represented here would make an incredible system for someone at a great price. All the speakers are in excellent condition and sound incredible. All the grills included of course, and they are in good shape. No subwoofer needed in my opinion, as the main Focus speakers are rated down to 16 Hz. They are also very efficient. Speakers as follows...

    "Focus" main speakers
    "Silver Screen" center channel
    "Mist" rear surrounds

The finish is one of the custom options offered by Legacy Audio back in the late 90's/early 2000's. It is called "Whitewash Oak" and quite rare. These speakers are all VERY heavy. The main Focus speakers are 175lbs each. The others have the same heavy build quality. I do not have the factory boxes for these, so local pickup in Gainesville, FL is the best option. That being said, if a buyer is interested in paying the shipping charges, I am willing to have them professionally packed and shipped (most likely freight). It seems very rare to run across a full matching set of these speakers. Those who have heard Legacy speakers can verify how wonderful these sound. I am willing to let them go for $3000. For anyone seriously interested, I am happy to take individual pics of each speaker and send them via email.
