They were purchased at Best Buy An Yes I returned them and was giving a new set. But this set is causing major bleeds in my monitor and the left channel cracks and hiss's. What do you do keep returning them till you get a good set. I've seen people on this BB that are on their 4th set already. Thats one thing you didnt read about in the Pc Gaming Reviews rated them as a dream. It's been more like a nightmare

Hello Support I have been a avid Klipsch fan through the years. I have had everything from my Heresy 11's too my 4 Chorus's. But my Pro Media's have been more headache than joy. My 1st set that I just returned almost lit my house on fire.The Subwoofer was blowing smoke like a fog machine. If it would have been left unattended .I would have lost my house. My replacement set which is brand new causes some much interference with my monitor that no matter where I place them it dosen't rectify the matter. This set is only 3 dayz old. And becuase it's a replacement for the ones that caught fire. I'm left holding 299.99 of speakers that are a burden. When I brought the Pro Media's I thought I was buying something that upheld the Klipsch tradition. I honestly say I couldn't recommend to anyone. Have the Pro Media's been fully tested? If so what can I do with these 4.1's that are causing some major problems with my system. I have called Klipsch 5 times and sent several emails.

Second set up Pro Media's and more headaches. The interference is so bad no matter where they are placed they are causing major bleeds of color on my monitor. Where did Klipsch Beta test these speakers? Really beginning to believe they were shipped knowing that they were not ready for PC use. If I'm going to be told move them further from my Monitor my office isnt big enough and it's 18 by 24 room. Klipsch have you ever pondered a "Recall"? This is not just some isolated cases. These speakers are being sold under a name that has stood as one of the best. And they do not live up to the Klipsch tradition. Also why have voice mail? If you do not have any intentions of returning the calls.

Save your money and buy something else. My 4.1's are the best bang for the buck out there. For one they arent even Digital . So why even ponder them
