klipschguy, just a thought. Have you heard the Naim nait 5? This 30 watt integrated amp sounds incredible and blows its comp. out of the water when it comes to overall musicality; I'm not kidding. Bryston, Adcom, rotel,Mcormack etc. I've owned/ heard these and they all sound like a corpse incomparo. 1600$ new, but wait for a used one to come up, it'll be worth the wait, to acheive a much greater level of musicality.

greetings fellow philes, I should have been more specific about the sort of delema I'm faced with; I'm using a caryv12 with an 84 db inefficiant spendor speaker. Great speaker with 100 ss watts, but possitively slow soggy and too soft with the cary amp. I'm curious to know if these highly efficient klipsch speakers will cure the blues. thanks for your input guys your much more helpful than most dealers who seem to only want to tell a person what they want to here, to make the big score. audiosaint

question to other triode amp owners; what would be the best possible klipsch speaker that could work with 45 watts of triode power? please help.
