Selling a pair of the Quartets in Oak finish. I had a plant stain that I sanded off and removed the black discoloration with oxalis acid and worked great. Other than that, they're in great shape. I also have a SC 1 center channel as well. I'd like to sell together, but will understand if that doesn't work. Selling it all for $350. I live in the NW burbs of Chicago. Thanks for looking.

Ok, wondering if I can get some advice. I am ready to upgrade my old AVR and step up to something new. Through research, I have thought about getting the Parasound P5 preamp and A23 power amp. This seems to fit my budget as a major upgrade. I do not know if I want to go towards a tube amp or not, but I can be swayed. The problem is, it is near impossible to audition these items nowadays. Does anybody have a strong opinion on Parasound? The reviews are awesome, but that is hard to make that purchase based on some articles on the internet. I currently have Quartets that have not been modded as of yet. I plan to do crossovers at some point, but not yet. I also hope to upgrade the speakers as well, and I am thinking of the P37-f's if my budget ever allows. I have heard that the Palladium series sounds really good with solid state pre and power amps. Any advice is welcome.

I am definitely interested and live in Chi suburbs. Are they still available?
