this is the second set of PM 4.1s I've had. The first ones lasted 4 days and the amp was to hot to touch and the speakers sounded very staticy. They were replaced and I've had these ones about 7 weeks. About 2 weeks ago I started noticing a slight buzzing or staticy sound coming from the left front channel only on certain songs and only when the volumne is on the low side. Over the last 2 weeks it has started to get worse. You can hear it on more songs and it is slightly more pronounced. I tryed switching the speaker with another and it still shows up in the left front channel. I switched the front channel wires on the back of the amp and now it's in the right front channel so it's specific to the left front channel coming out of the amp. Before I contact Amy about this is there anything else I should try to isolate the problem? Any help would be great Thanks.

I have the 120 v version and the amp gets warm but i'm just worried i guess

first set calfed after three days Klipsch was great about replacing them but now i'm scared and i bought a little fan from building box for 13 bucks and i run it all the time behind the amp. so far so good but i think Klipsch should include a heatsink like the logitech z560. how much difference in sound quality would upgrading the speaker wire for my promedia's make does anybody know? thanks

just got them last thursday was great until i turned them on this morning and the sound was all staticy so i went to check the connections on the amp and it was so hot i burnt my hand. I then unpluged it and left it for a few hours. when i tryed it again the sound is still lousy. what do i do?

I just bought these new on dec 21 2001 and they were great until this morning now the sub is so hot it will burn your hand and the sound is really poor and staticy. I had to unplug the sub for fear of a fire. What do I do? Take them back to where I bought them? Please help asap.
