UPDATE! The DTR 40.1 is covered under an extended service plan for this issue. Seems that a part in the main amp board was faulty from their parts distributor. Call them and explain the problem, they will give you and RA number. Being that I installed this unit about 2 years ago, finding the recipt was not going to happen. The support rep said no problem and got the ball rolling with no fuss.
