Continual problems with Sub 10 and Sub 12 powered subwoofers.

I just bought a new R-112SW and I get no sound from the unit. The wireless WA-2 kit shows as being paired, and the subwoofer shows as being powered, but no sound comes out. I can't believe that there seems to be this many problems reported on their reference units.
