I got a Klipsh Promedia 5.1 setup for Christmas. Came with the Sub, 4 satellites and center speaker. Everything works great but the sub doesn't work. When I turn the volume all the way up and the bass all the way up I hear a faint distorted sound. So...I opened it up and noticed that 1 red wire is not connected. It is hovering over J503 and the wire is crimped as if it were connected once before. Common sense tells me to connect it but I wanted a second opinion...plus I don't want to plug the thing in after i am done and it causes a problem. I tried to call tech support several times but had no luck, PLEASE HELP ME!
