  1. Hello guys I'm in need of some help so figured I'd look to the pros. So my dilemma is I have the klipsch reference setup so far rf7 with rc64 center now what surrounds should I roll with. I was looking at ethier rp 250s or thx 525s but I've seen the 525 may be to flat for this setup I've looked everywhere for the rs 62 but can't find them any decent alternatives
  2. one receiver is at.east 5-6 years old the other 2 but it is used and no i dont think the noise has been there forever the house has to be atleast 30-50 years old
  3. ok ive tried literally everything you can imagine unplugged the entire house literally the entire house everything but the receiver and it still staticed when adjusting volume. im going to the buy the panamax see if that changes anything but then should i call a electrician to rewire my house will that make an improvement what would i tell him i need done exactly any help here would be great i mean im clueless and have tried everything you can imagine. Should i buy a new receiver i mean i just dont know what to do any tips before i go insane lol.
  4. Yes it came out of the same channel believe it or not the thing that really baffles me is the volume is it normal if I raise the volume and lower it should the speakers be popping and thanks for the recommendation I'll check that out.
  5. Also would can you recommend a power conditioner would I plug the receiver into that so that audio would be cleaner
  6. By circuit you mean like something in the kitchen could affect something in the living room? Is it weird that no matter what the popping and static always comes out of the right speaker no matter what I do. It's also a lot more noticeable on Netflix and other streaming services. Last but not least I can hear the same volume static when I plug my headphones directly into the receiver any ideas why if I were to move everything in a new room away from all other electronics would that help?
  7. update moved and old pair of speakers and they do the same thing now im really stressed any idea what it can be air conditioner in the window near them, Power Strip? maybe Router thats right next to them im Clueless now
  8. Ok the Power strip is right next to the receiver could this cause any trouble I've switch receivers still had the problem should i try the speakers in a differnt room just to test it out i found it weird the both pop when i adjust the volume although the static only affects one of them
  9. Im having this weird problem when i use the receiver remote to change the volume up and down I've tried this on 2 different receivers btw i hear this weird popping in both speakers ive also changed the wires twice is this normal? Im also experiencing this weird static on occasion it will literally pop up whenever it feels like no time table just literally out of nowhere. How would a warranty work on speakers this big the static is driving me nuts.
