My client moved in on Tuesday. We're still working on landscaping, exterior gates, and a number of other loose ends that will likely take another couple months, but 49 months from demolition to move-in is a new record for me. I turned 53 on July 11th, and I enjoy telling friends that I started this project in my 40's!
I now look forward to taking several months off in the near-ish future, and catching up on a few projects of my own. Thanks for your interest.
