RW-1 Won't Connect and Can't Update with Unplug & Power Up Method

I am having the same issue. After updating one of our rw-1 speakers won't turn on and the green light in the back only flashes. I do not see it anywhere on the network. HELP!! We have had so much trouble with these speakers.
