  1. Thanks for the suggestions. One other idea I have is to mount RCR-5 (in-ceilings) for the rear three speakers. Has anyone done this or have any thoughts?
  2. For those of you like me who have to squeeze their HT system into a smaller size family room (sofa against the back wall), how do you arrange your rear speakers? Do you put them directly to the side in the corners? And what about the new rear center - is this even an option when it would need to be directly above your head? Surely this is a dilemna many face. Any suggestions/advice would be appreciated. I have yet to buy rear speakers yet so I'm open for ideas on the best rears for this kind of setup. Up front I already have RF7s and RC7. Thanks!!
  3. I totally agree. I just bought this one two days ago myself. It's an all-around excellent quality DVD - audio, video, and especially the performance itself. Roger has put together a great band. How about that Doyle Bramhall II on guitar - what a bad ***!!!! This message has been edited by BurtonMercer on 07-09-2002 at 11:50 AM
  4. Thanks Matthew. I bought the RF-3IIs on Saturday to go with my Yamaha RX-V2200 and RC-3. They got swapped out with a 12-year-old pair of Polk Audio Monitor 10Bs. I'm fairly happy so far. They really shine when cranked up. I put on The Black Crowes "Lions" and turned it UP - Whoa!! The vocals and mid-range sound awesome. The downside is that I have no subwoofer(yet), and these speakers don't put out that much low-end bass. I'm so craving a sub for it to all come together perfectly.
  5. I am looking to buy some Klipsch floorstanding speakers. The only ones I've heard recently are my friend's KSF 10.5s. How would you say the RF-3IIs sound compared to these? I think the price is about the same. Just curious before I head down to a dealer.
