Just bought a cinema 400 with wireless subwoofer. When plugging it in there is a fast blinking blue light which is not supposed to be that way. I run through all the procedures of pairing and the flashing light goes to solid blue like it has paired. But on the bar it is still flashing like it has not paired. I tried everything for hours. Been on hold with klipsch 3 different times to talk to support and nobody answered. I have multiple emails into support with zero responses yet. Can’t swap it out cause none of the stores have it in stock unless I want to wait another week for a new one then take this one back. What a hassle. Has anyone had this issue????
