  1. For what it's worth, with some scotch tape (and a lot of patience) you may be able to pull the dents out. I have done so, with a speaker that was admittedly far less damaged, and it worked quite well. I also have used a replacement driver from speaker exchange and it sounded identical. I see they are no longer available :(. I sometimes see the surround speakers from this era (black dust covers) for sale on EBay for $200-300 a pair, that would get you two replacement woofers and four horns - enough to last a lifetime. I can confirm they are interchangeable. I have had these speakers for around 20 years and they continue to impress... since I moved to HD streaming and a tube amp, they are absolutely knocking my socks off. Good luck
