Guys, I had the same issue, I solved the following way: - factory reset as per manual (I put USB mode for the factory reset, I don't know if this matter) - disconnect power cord for 10 seconds (w/o doing this it didn't work, I've tried 3 times with no success) - reconnect power cord and re-pair my device hope it helps
