Well, scored a pair of 70s vintage in Walnut for $2500. Picking them up Saturday. Not too bad, 4 hours each way. Should be a great resto / modding project and more fun than buying a new pair. I'm way uninformed on the modder community for these now a days, looking forward to getting caught up. Uteman coming through big time with the listing. Thanks everybody! And someone buy those sweet mahogany ones so I don't have 2 pair with only 3 corners.

You're in Vegas? Didn't he say delivery within 100 miles? I mean, you should jump on those.

LOL, got a Uhaul reservation for Saturday. The guy from Tehachapi still has his set. That mahogany is awesome though.

Hmm. I could fly to Vegas and rent a truck. That might actually be faster than going out to Tehachapi. Both of those look promising though, thanks a ton.

So, just bought a house and it turns out the LR has 3 pretty nice corners, so long side and short side are available. I haven't had a pair of K-horns since the 80s, but I own this house. So, no exotics, birch or walnut preferred in greater SoCal. Cash on hand, will pick up on short notice.

I"m in SoCal and just bought a house, and we actually have a living room with 2 decent (not great, but decent) corners. I haven't had a set of 'horns since the 80s, but if I found a birch or walnut set locally I'd be all over it. Called about an Ebay set in Westminster last night ($5700 asking) but the seller sounded shady AF. I was going to get Cornwalls for my vinyl setup, but now I've seen those corners... I'll move the Paradigms to my man cave where I intended to Cornwalls to go.
