So a couple of years ago I bought these amazing monitor speakers and had absolutely no issues until one day I lost the remote. No big deal the (VM) volume/media button I the back was a splendid substitute. ... Then it happened! One day after coming home from work I tried to play music from my phone (via Bluetooth connection) but I noticed I was disconnected and when tried reconnecting, I couldn't and the speaker name disappeared from my list on the phone. So I held the button VM button to make it discoverable and I couldn't. So then after hours of trying I got frustrated and tried EVERY other connection possible, to no avail. The VM button no longer functions properly, went from VM to simply Volume. I cannot switch between settings, nor make it discoverable. Please for the love of sound someone help
