  1. Well, we bought ours from Crutchfield. A few weeks after we finally received it, it started having issues. When turned on, we got a high pitched squealing noise and couldn’t get it to do anything, even turning on and off, unplugging and replugging, resetting didn’t always work. Reached out to Klipsch support. Received a response that they were running a bit behind and would get back to me shortly. 3 weeks later, we finally get a response. I send them everything they are asking for. Get another response that there is an update. Do the update, which, if I’m being honest was an absolutely stupid process. “You may see messages flash on your bar, or… not. It might take 2 minutes to complete this process, or… it might take 10 or 20 minutes.” Did the update, seemed to work except, of course, the update partial broke the remote, so.. good job, guys! Anywho… turned the tv on today and guess what??? Had no sound again, except for that awesome squealing noise. Reset, unplugged, chanted, called the corners, prayed to the entertainment gods and sorta have sound but now I have no dialogue?!?!? I’ve sent an email back to support to have them either replace it or refund me so I can go get something else. so disappointed
