Best source for decoding serial number date codes

Hello, I'm from the Netherlands and I have a pair of Forte's. Can anyone help me with the serial number? Label on the back says: P/N 09000551211 FII FIN. BLK S/N 46580 W/U 8461 What does that mean and what year are they from? I guess FII means that they are Forte II's.
