My thefives are frozen

Tried doing a reset, but since the selector wheel doesn't do anything and the display is frozen it doesn't respond when i press the remote either. Any other suggestions? I've tried power cycling ...

Hello! I'm not sure if this is the right place in the forum to ask technical question, please point me in the right direction if not.. I have a pair of "the fives" powered speakers alongside a "SPL100" subwoofer, the problem is that the speakers keeps freezing? The display doesn't respond to any commands, i can't even put it into bluetooth mode to see if there is a software update thats required. I can't find any firmware either... any help is welcome:)
