  1. Does anyone know what these connectors are called and where I can buy them?
  2. Thanks bwall. Out of the possibility I got a bad replacement power supply I sent it back. I'll try ordering another one from a different vendor and try again. Thanks for the confirmation on the wiring.
  3. The sound power supply died. Tested and confirmed. Found a few threads online that this is a pretty common issue. Would be an easy fix if the power supply unit was available but it is not. I guess with klipsch products it worth it to buy an extended warranty. Any suggestions on a replacement bar? I have the sub and surround speakers. Would be nice if I could just find a replacement bar.
  4. So this is taken from 2 different posters. Not sure who is correct. I tried every which but sunday and can't get my sound bar to provide sound. I'm sending the psu back to amazon and am shopping for a new sound bar. Any suggestions??? On the low voltage side, as you're looking at it on the edge, the 24V is on the left and 5V is on the right. I confirmed this with a multimeter and urge anyone doing this repair to confirm this. In the 5V side, the red and white wires go together into the positive side. Black goes to ground. I can confirm the power supply is the same for the cinema 600. I have just completed the repair to my sound bar and it is back up and running. Also confirming on the cinema 600 the GND is the white cable, VDD is black and STB is the red wire on the smaller plug. as above twist the VDD and STB together and it will all work as expected.
  5. Here is a better pic of the wires. Thinking of reversing the 5v red/white and black.
  6. I'm having a similar issue as bwall. I think I wired it correctly. I have power to the board and show ~25v at the thicker red/black wires and ~5v at the thinner red/black/white wires. Not exactly sure which wires get twisted together.
  7. ***EDIT*** I found the correct psu on amazon. OK I am going to order this power supply and see if I can get my sound bar to work. Which one do I choose? I don't see one listed with 5v.
  8. It's not the same power supply in my sound bar. Not sure what wires go where.
  9. Where? Can't find a direct replacement.
  10. @perroloco123 it doesn't look like there is a drop in replacement. The link shown requires some wiring. Not sure if you need to solder but definitely splicing... Wish there was a direct replacement available. Mine died too....
  11. I tried that. Seems more like a power issue. Can’t get it to power on now.
  12. I’ve only had this sound bar a little over 2 years but it is already having audio issues. The sound bar audio cuts out and on making it unbearable to hear audio. It’s connected to a Samsung led tv via hdmi. I tried swapping the hdmi cable and reseating the power cable but this didn’t solve anything. Not sure how to troubleshoot this any further.
