  1. I’ve bi-wired my Klipsch R26 speakers along with the running of speaker cables to the Dolby Atmos top speakers. I’ll comment on the top Dolby Atmos speakers first. It is unequivocally the biggest sham selling point. Now I have my speakers connected to a Denon X4200 AVR. Yes, I realize that the X4200 is quite dated and am upgrading in the near future. For me I will forego the so called Dolby Atmos speakers on top of the towers and go for top of the wall angled downwards speakers. Also in the near future when I upgrade I will be sure to set up front wides. A personal 'tweaked ‘ method that I do is I have installed two top front and two top rear ceiling speakers. Now since the package that I bought for my ceiling speakers has five speakers I put the last of the five speakers overhead of my sweet spot connected to the center channel. The sound is definitely enveloping. Now as far as bi-wiring towers, or any other bi-wire capable speakers I will save my speaker cables for another, better use. ROCK ON MY DUDES!
  2. WOW! I don’t know if I will have enough space to complete my response. I am in no way a audiophile but I know my way around my system, I think. I have tried everything conceivable to me. Let me start by saying the R28PF’s do pair with my iPhone 14. ( but doesn’t produce sound ) But it will not pair with my Denon X4200. The X4200 is a little dated, released in 2015. With that in mind through much research I found that Klipsch speakers have the aptX Bluetooth capability. ( COULD THIS BE A BLUETOOTH ISSUE? ) The only way that I know that I can confirm or refute this idea is to update my AVR to a more recent one. Why I absolutely love improving my system I don’t want to upgrade only to find that it is a speaker issue. One other problem I had with pairing was with the audyssey app. While I could run the speaker correction I couldn’t pair with the graphics chart that shows what is going on. To add I also tried every preout to see if I could get a connection with no success. I even unplugged every single connection to the pre outs to try and restrict any possible interference. No luck. And like I previously stated I have tried every medium to get something, anything, but again, no luck. A side note: I absolutely enjoy Klipsch speakers and other products but in the booklet that comes with the speakers states emphatically that all you need to do is plug up the RCA cables and you are home free. That couldn’t be any further than the truth.
  3. HELP I recently purchased a pair of Klipsch R28PF powered speakers. I have been trying to get them to work with my Denon X4200W AVR with no success. No matter which medium I use the most I get is a occasional scratchy sound. I try to pair them to the Denon and for some reason it will not pair. Could this be an issue.
