1 Pair of Atlas PD 5 VH Alnico compression drivers with horns. The horns are identical to the Klipsch model K700 but where made for Beta Sound. One driver has a black rear cap the other a grey back cap but same drivers. Earlier models made in Parsippany N.J. These units have spring loaded binding posts not the solder ones. One unit has a small push mark in the screen but does affect performance.

Thank you for your answers and still searching for info. Trying to figure out a replacement 15” woofer for this cabinet. I may just use a JBL 2226.

The midrange drivers appear to have been used by Klipsch. The horn was patented by one of the owners of beta from what I read. The mid driver looks like the atlas K55V. Do you know the model number of the woofer used or the Thiele Small parameters

Any help would be appreciated. There is not much info on the 1001B model

I have looked all over the web and sites to find info on these Beta Sound model 1001B. From what I can see it used most of the drivers that were used by Klipsch. The speakers I found did not have the original woofers anymore. Midrange driver appears to be a Atlas K55V with push terminals no badge on them or the tweeters that appear to be K77’s. The only thing with a label is the EV - STR tweeter protective device. The horn looks just like the Klipsch K700. From what I have been able to find out is the woofers were special made K22’s. Can anyone help with some info on these and specs. Thank you
