i founda solution for mine. i took the back off the sub and looked at all the wires. and one of the wires wasn't plugged in fully on the amp. so i plugged it on all the way and they work fine now.

Ordered Promedia 4.1 speakers and they got here hooked them up and nothing, power would not come on. So i call tech support and they said i hafta ship them back to get fixed, so i do. Then they arrive again, and guess what? THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO FIX ANYTHING !! Same exact problem, i hooked them up and the LED light won't come on or the sound or anything. So my question is does anyone have an idea on what's wrong?
