trivox2
I'm new to audio and new to Klipsch, and sadly do not have much money to spend after buying some F3s. I am a college student looking to blast out my neighbors with loud music and I have no idea what amp I need to power these things. I have searched all over the web and most of what I find are low-power 5.1 and 7.1 surround sound receivers, but all I want is a 2-channel receiver that can put out enough power to not damage the F3s when I play music loudly! I've heard that I need to get an amp that puts out 200 - 300 watts, and I've also heard that I can't do it for less than 300$-- is that true? All I need is one input and 2 outputs so I feel like there should be a cheaper solution. Can anyone give me any recommendations for a cheap solution to my dilemma?
