colterphoto1
http://laws.lp.findlaw.com/getcase/8th/case/971114P.html&exact=1 I was trying to get some info on the old Pro models built by other companies and ran across this WWR lawsuit in the 1990's. Still no real info on the product line of WWR.

thackmate
I was there throughout this period of litigation between the corporate heads. The whole situation was ugly to say the least. Put it this way .... Klipsch Inc sells it's pro business unit to a group out of Knoxville, TN in concert with WWR out of Washington DC as described in the suit. The business becomes part and parcel, the drawcard if you will, for a successful IPO on NASDAQ. Then it gets sold to another group out of Wall St, Consolidated Technologies and the games continued. All the time a group of dedicated employees in Hope AR - Klipsch Professional - were building a reputation for outstanding products and gaining significant market share. The business unit grew despite the adversity.
