substance-p Posted May 25, 2009 Share Posted May 25, 2009 I have decided to pursue a smaller satellite based system for my family room (as we are putting more money into the main HT in the bonus room and I have space constraints to work around). Within Klipsch's offerings, I came across the Qunitet SL, the Cinema 8 (minus the sub as I will be getting a different one), and the HD Theater 500. Has anyone listened to more than one of these options? So far, I have only been able to listen to the SL system. Any feedback would be welcomed. The sounds are amazing, very clear, dynamic sounds, accurate sounds, and crisp. ( heavy bass without subwoofer's up ) They have good reviews and they are 2005 and 2004 award winning sets. ( Rsx 4 and Rcx 4 ) This set won't disappoint you at all. I would prefer this over the 500, it looks more pro. than 500., but when you plug these sets into your reciever, I recommend, you to have a banana plugs. for each pair of speakers, Hope this helps you and enjoy.
