Cowcio
Hey all! I'm looking for a two channel powered monitor set to use when playing my keyboards/workstations. I write, record (mostly digital), and perform music on these things and my amplifiers are not cutting it anymore! This would be used for: 1.) live rehearsal with band. I could probably use these just as my keyboard monitors, but I may want to put the full mix in from time to time. 2.) Everyday keyboard playing. When I'm not playing my steinway grand... I'm on one of my keyboards. I want them to sound good! 3.) They would be used to monitor digital recordings from computer to speaker. This is really the only time that I will use them for reference purposes. If not for this reason, I would put up with the junky keyboard amp. Does klipsch make anything like this (I have seen any)? If not, what would you suggest? JBL, Alesis, etc. seem to be fairly affordable and acceptable options that are available from music stores. I figured that there HAS to be somebody here that can guide me down the right path. Please help!
Dennie
Hey Cowcio, I know some people that swear by the Mackie 824's. They are supposed to be very accurate. Here is a LINKY-----------------------------> CLICK HERE Let me just say, I have not used these! But the people I know are audiophile types and love them. Good Luck with your search, Dennie
