scarlet834 Posted July 26, 2009 Share Posted July 26, 2009 I know there is another thread like this, but I didn't receive a reply to my post nor have I heard from Klipsch customer service. I have owned my C1 earphones since October 2008. The left has become detached or otherwise damaged at the jack (I can manipulate it briefly to get sound). Damage to the cables is outside what the 2-year warranty covers, but is there some way to seek repair? Although I loved them, I really can't justify spending $130 on a new set every 8 months and it can't possibly be sigificantly difficult for someone with the proper equipment to replace the jack end.
