Convo Posted October 24, 2009 Share Posted October 24, 2009 So I was doing some research and I thought I found a great deal on HD Theater 500 system http://www.klipsch.com/na-en/products/hd-theater-500-overview/ Paired with an Onkyo 5.1 SR507 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16882120131 After finding this site I'm pretty confused. It doesn't sound like you guys even recommend going that way?? I'm a few days into all this so very new and learning as I go. I was trying to keep this under a $1,000. Convo Posted October 25, 2009 Author Share Posted October 25, 2009 That's a really good question. I'm not sure it's something I will stay interested in. Once i have a 5.1 I would probably chill out. I guess I am trying to figure out what would be better for me. The 5.1 I listed above or those floor standing speakers. What would sound better in my living room, etc...
