bhandarkar
I bought S4 and I was shocked , where are the small size eartips and after seeing the contents on the box realized that s-size won't come with S4 new small eartips costs nearly 10 dollars , I could not understand why s-size eartips are not supplied with IMAGE S4 , Tried double flange but it tickles am very sad
Moderators Amy Posted November 11, 2009 Moderators Share Posted November 11, 2009 I'm sorry you're sad! Two reasons: Price point. The heaphones that cost $130 and up include all sizes. The small size is by far the most under-used. It is largely wasted to include them with all units.
bhandarkar
Dear Amy , I know that m-size fits most of the ears , because of this even double flange and L-size are also wasted [], Does s-size eartips costs much money for the manufacturing [8-)] , If the eartips dont match the ears , is the any use of S4 to me even cheap 20 dollar earphones provide a lot of eartips sorry............. Moderators Amy Posted November 12, 2009 Moderators Share Posted November 12, 2009 Does s-size eartips costs much money for the manufacturing , When you include them in thousands upon thousand of packages, I suppose they add up! I will pass this along to our product development team, as they decide what is included with each product based on demand and costs. And FYI, I have extremely abnormally small ear canals, so much so that the only single flange design that fit me were the extra-small size that we don't even make any more. I have since discovered that the dual-flange works the best for me. It's almost as if it's a "universal" solution, so to speak. That's just my opinion, of course.Don't know why it works when the medium tips don't at all. Send me an email, and I'll see if I can dig up some smaller tips for you. Thanks!
