Steve S. Posted November 15, 2009 Share Posted November 15, 2009 I have the Quintet III home theater system, purchased just under 3 years ago. One of the surround speakers has stopped working. However, if I turn the audio volume up very loud, the speaker crackles a bit, then begins to work again. As soon as the audio volume is lowered, the speaker once again fails to work. Advice? dougdrake Posted November 17, 2009 Share Posted November 17, 2009 Have you changed the connection to a different output on your amp/receiver to see if the trouble follows the speaker?
