kelA Posted November 27, 2009 Share Posted November 27, 2009 Hey fellow Klipschsters, just want to put the word out regarding this player and freeze issues. It is similar to what is being reported with the Panasonic players, I purchased one a few weeks ago and have experienced several of the freezes myself. I have called Denon along with a few of the regulars at avsforums and Denon's response has been the usual "have not of the problem before", even though I had called in to support 2 days prior, which to me is jargon for too bad you bought our crappy product- dont expect us to support it. If anybody had been interested in this unit, I suggest to tread lightly and look elsewhere until Denon decides to support their product.
