navadog Posted January 7, 2010 Share Posted January 7, 2010 My CS-700 gets stuck after I insert a disc. The display simply says "Reading" indefinitely, but it never actually loads the disc. I only see the Klipsch logo against a black background on my TV. In addition, the audio cuts in an out while I am listening to the radio or an external source. I am not sure if it is the speaker cables (yes they are more like cables) or the head unit that is the problem in this case. I called technical support today in the morning and was advised that I needed to "reset" my system. I was told to unplug the subwoofer, then unplug the head unit for 20 minutes. Then plug it all back in and turn on the system. So it didn't work. I tried calling technical support back on multiple occasions today, but I kept getting a message saying due to circumstances "beyond our control" that they could not take my call.
