Azusa Posted April 18, 2010 Share Posted April 18, 2010 hi, I am just wondering if anyone can enlighten me why it is not working anymore... I bought my s4i last week and was excited about the sound quality and comfort of the earbuds, however second day into my iphone started randomly going to voice control, i thought it might just be my phone playing up, then over the weekend, i discovered when people call me, while i can hear them fine, they cant hear me at all, all the caller can hear is their own voice, doesnt matter i call them first or they call me. If i unplug the headphones and use the phone itself, they can hear me fine. Today it gone worse, my volume control completely stopped working. I dont know whats going on. Though the stop start (pickup/hang up) button still works. I have taken the headphones for a run once, but i make sure that sweat doesnt touch anywhere of the control because on purpose i clip it on the side strap of my singlet (instead where it meant to be in the middle of my chest), so that sweat on my face wont drip there. cant s4i be use when exercising? even my old crappy apple headphones can i am disappointed, now i have to go back to the store and hopefully they will exchange it for me, but its just one week and things are not working properly already. does anyone else have an idea what else could be the possibility? P/S i originally thought it was my phone, and took it back to apple, they exchanged the iphone for me over the weekend, so its a new one.
