My S4i buttons dead - another disapointed customer in UK

Hi,

I enjoyed my music through S4i for eight months. all of sudden last week buttons on the headphone are not working propoerly and the volume goingup and down without any action. I tried to contact the klipsch by email (i sent one to info@klipsch.co.uk and 2 mails to support@klipsch.com) and by phone(08450 800 578) but nobody responded to my queston. I spent almost £90 for headphones and I'm experiencing terrible customer service.[:(]

can anybody know how to contact them in anyother way?(I bought it in apple online store, I even contcted them they asked me to go klipsch)

is anybody there experiencing this kind of problems?
