Tangent 40's and KV-4's (Good match, Good price, Good speakers...or not?)

Hello! I'm new to the Klipsch site but hope somebody could help me. In the 1980's I had a top notch system (Klipsch Lascala's - NAD Amp - Nakamishi 1000 cassette deck...) and I was up on specs etc. But now at 50, I'm out of the loop but again trying to put together a decent system. I've found 2 Tangent 40's for 500$ and two KV-4 for 450$ from a different seller. Can those two sets match with the Tangent 40' as the fronts and the KV-4 as rears. I would then need to add a center front (possibly another KV-4) and a sub. Is this a good match and these decent speakers for a room (19 x 16) and are these prices reasonnable?
