I posted something I believe in the wrong forum, so here I post it again I was wondering which Center Speaker would work as an upgrade for my Quintet II Center speaker. Maybe C1, C2 or C3? Any other recommendation? I run them with a Yamaha RX-V640 which I believe I may be switching to an Onkyo 308 or 508. Any comment on this also? Thanks in advance! SuBXeRo Posted November 15, 2010 Share Posted November 15, 2010 my question to you is, why are you looking to upgrade? A "just because" answer really doesnt work in this case. The reason why i say that is because of the sizes and outputs of the quintet series. Id' say if you went to a center channel with 4" cones youd be ok but you almost dont want your center overpowering the other sattelite speakers, it may just plain and simple sound funny.
