jeston
Hello all. So, I recently purchased the RF-82 II system and it came with a free sub (Premier Accoustics PA-150) with the intention of later purcahsing the RW-12D to replace it. Well, the price is right, so I have to come ask if it's a good upgrade. Stolenrs
I have never heard the PA-150, so I can't really compare the two against each other. I have owned the RW-12D and it was a good sub, I personally like to listen to a lot of music and it just wasn't for me, great for HT. If it were me, I would look at a different sub that will work in both cases, plenty of great sounding subs out there. jeston
Thanks for the reply. Maybe I'll just wait a bit longer before I get a new sub. I'm still pretty new to serious home theater systems and definitely still have a lot to learn about what makes a good sub good. Perhaps I'll wait until I get into a more permanent location and find what works best in that particular area for my needs. I would say I will be using it mostly for HT, but definitely want it to be good for music too. Thanks again.
