Me-262 Posted July 2, 2011 Share Posted July 2, 2011 Looking at the specs each pair of speakers appears roughly the same. Is there any significant difference that would sway me one way or the other ? These will be used as rear surround speakers for a 5.1 system. And then, which would be better suited to my needs ? The room will be about 13x17 and the other speakers to match are : SF-3 floor standing RC-35 center channel Subwoofer is to be replaced at later date Denon AVR-889 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
n8g Posted July 3, 2011 Share Posted July 3, 2011 The main difference is the crossover network. The chasis is the same for all the architectural line. As for which size to get, if you have the space, go for the 8". For a surround, the 6.5" would be sufficient but I like to over do it.
