Dandoyen
Hey all, Current system set up in work (speakers on order but won't arrive for 6 weeks): mains: Klipschorns (just ordered) center: LaScala 2 (just ordered) surrounds: KLF-30s (these I already own) sub: Danley DTS-10 (also on the way) I'll have a Mcintosh MC207 amp (also on the way) to drive these, minus the sub that has it's own amp. It's a 7-chennel amp, with 2 not in use under current set up. Are there any benefits to bi-amping the Khorns? Thanks in advance!
RRFL
This will be an exceptional system. Congratulations. You have a Mcintosh with three perfectly matched front speakers, it's a plug and enjoy system no need to introduce anything else into the audio path. Note the THD of the Mcintosh and that the addition of any crossover circuit would increase this by the inclusion of extra circuits. Keep it pure the Khorns are a simple balanced match with the centre LaScala II. All you really need to adjust is the volume balance with the KLF-30s and the DTS-10.
